David C. Sullivan is one of the founding partners of Sullivan, Rivera, Osuna & Sullivan

He is a well- seasoned trial lawyer who began practicing in 1988. During his thirty-five year legal career, he has tried over 50 personal injury and medical malpractice cases, earning a reputation as an accomplished litigator. Most recently, he teamed with Jude Basile to achieve a $150 million verdict for a wrongful death claim in Riverside County.

Mr. Sullivan is a life-long San Diegan who grew up in Lakeside, California. As a young man, he attended El Capitan High School and was an accomplished athlete and honors student. In 2000, he was inducted into the El Capitan High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Upon graduating high school, he attended the University of California at Davis, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics. After graduating from U.C. Davis, he attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. While at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, he received a President’s Scholar Award for academic excellence, got a full-ride, and graduated cum laude.

Today, Mr. Sullivan remains one of San Diego’s premier litigators, having handled thousands of cases to a successful resolution. He is a longtime member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the California Association of Consumer Attorneys. In addition, he is an active member of the San Diego community, where he has volunteered as a youth basketball and baseball coach for over fifteen years.
