Jude Basile, Esq.

Of Counsel

We are happy to announce that Jude Basile has joined Sullivan, Rivera, Osuna & Sullivan as Of Counsel. Jude worked on several significant cases with our firm in the past .He has obtained 7, 8 and 9 figure verdicts on behalf of individual and families in a career that began in 1982. He is an invited member of the prestigious Inner Circle of Advocates (www.innercircle.org) limited to 100 of the best trial lawyers for people in America.

Jude has focused his entire career on being a trial lawyer. Jurors do Justice. A lawyer must have a record of success with juries to obtain justice and significant settlements. “If a lawyer cannot show a successful track record of jury verdicts you have the wrong lawyer”. Wrongdoers will pay more to settle a case when they know there is one of the top trial lawyers in the country against them.

He has obtained a wrongful death jury verdict on behalf of a wife and adult son that is recognized as one of the largest wrongful death verdicts in California history ($150 million dollars). The case involved corporate misconduct and lack of safety oversight at a power plant.

Jude has developed cutting edge trial preparation and presentation methods. He has worked closely with legendary trial lawyer Gerry Spence for over 20 years (1994 – 2014) expanding and applying these cutting-edge methods in actual trials. His results speak for themselves. He accepts a very limited number of cases so that he may pay close personal attention to each case and each person he represents.

Some of the methods he employs are extensive use of focus groups, role reversal, reenactments, theme development, story sequencing, demonstratives, and empowerment. He is available to consult, associate or accept referrals.
